Ron is Vice President and part owner of Olson Precast Company. He has been with OPC since it was a gleam in Mike Olson’s eye, and that was in 1989. He is in the corporate Las Vegas office and does a little bit of everything. His hobbies are dirt and sand toys (and he will give escorted tours). Ron can be reached at the Las Vegas office.

Rick serves as the Corporate Operations Officer out of the Arizona location. He has been with Olson Precast Company since 1992 and is responsible for value engineer projects, design build projects, acquisitions, assets, and overseeing profit and loss.

Dennis started with Olson Precast Co. in early 1997. His primary responsibilities are overseeing the Production and Quality Control departments. Dennis schedules production of products, checks inventory, and makes production drawings. Dennis oversees Quality Control to insure products are produced to correct specifications and coordinates trucking needs for special projects.

Ken "Dak" Spears

Dak has been with Olson Precast Company since 1997 and serves as a Project Manager at our Las Vegas plant. Dak retired from the Carpenters Union in Las Vegas and has 20 years experience in underground construction. His duties beyond project management include: sales, estimating, product information, and technical help. Dak has 3 children and spends a majority of his spare time drag racing.

Jamie Walters joined Olson Precast Co. in 2008. She is responsible for marketing and community outreach.
