Olson Precast Company was founded by Mike in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1989. He oversees each Division's crap…..remember we are in the sewer business!
Ken “Dak” Spears Vice President
Dak has been with Olson Precast Company since 1997 and serves as the Vice President of Operations. Dak retired from the Carpenters Union in Las Vegas and has over 25 years of experience in underground construction. Dak is married, has two sons and a daughter and spends most of his spare time drag racing.
Jason Metsker Field Superintendent
Jason has lived and worked construction in the Vegas Valley since 2001. He is a proud father of three who are all attending college. Jason was born and raised in Long Beach, California and served the army right after high school.
Las Vegas
Frankie Pelton Plant Manager
Frankie has been part of the concrete industry for most of his career. He first started at Martin Harris and then joined Olson Precast Company back in October of 2018. He enjoys working with his coworkers, volunteering for Durango High School’s football team and traveling off the grid.
Scott Lindstrom Safety Professional
Scott has served as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for 19 years in California before moving to Las Vegas to join Olson Precast Company in August 2020. He is happily married with six children and enjoys snowboarding, shooting and classic muscle cars. In his spare time, he is out building an off-grid homestead.
Mike Ewen Sales/Dispatch
Mike has been with Olson Precast Company since 2018. On his free-time, Mike likes to travel to the Pacific Northwest and visit state parks—like Yellowstone Park. His go-to location for travel is Mazatlan, Mexico.

Jorge Fuentes Project Manager/Estimator
Jorge has been with Olson Precast since 2020 and is currently attending UNLV and working towards his Construction Management Degree. He actively enjoys working on vehicles in his free time, which includes his own street truck. It’s safe to say if Jorge isn’t in the office, he’s probably out working on something fast.
Miguel Garcia Project Engineer
Miguel attends UNLV and is currently majoring in Construction Management. In his free time he likes to go off-roading, enjoys the adrenaline rush from going fast, and loves exploring new hobbies and learning everyday.
Eddie Escamilla Project Manager
Eddie joined Olson Precast in 2024 and graduated from UNLV in Construction Management. He loves music, his favorite instrument is the accordion and enjoys seeing his favorite artists at concerts. He loves to travel out of the state to visit his family and has a passion for trucks.

Matt Johnson Superintendent/Project Mgr.
Matt is the Superintendent and Project Manager at Olson Precast Company's Southern California Division. He started with Olson in October 2000. His responsibilities include scheduling (field crews, trucking and production) and quality control. Matt is also ACI certified.
Yo Bradbury Plant Manager
Yo started with OPC in 1999. Yo is the plant manager of the Rialto Division. He has 25 years of precast concrete experience and is ACI Certified. His daily responsibilities include submittal and production drawings, as well as NPCA QC paperwork management.
Karen Carmonds Accounting Manager
Karen has worked for Olson Precast Company since 1999. She has been doing construction accounting since 1989. Originally from San Jose, California, Karen moved to Las Vegas in 1993. In her spare time she enjoys to travel.

Alicia Aguilar Accounting Assistant
Alicia was raised in Fullerton, CA. and moved to Vegas in October 2020. She and her family (husband & 2 boys) love playing soccer, and enjoys exploring outdoors places.
Reyna Gonzalez Accounts Payable
Reyna has been with Olson Precast Company since 2025. Reyna was raised in Miami and relocated to Vegas in 2022. She is a dedicated finance professional with over 23 years of experience in the finance department.
Her educational background includes an Associate of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Administration, which provided her with a solid foundation in financial principles, business operations, and organizational management. She has combined her education with decades of hands-on experience to effectively manage financial responsibilities, solve complex problems, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
She loves the Las Vegas Raiders and is a proud mother of two.
Adriana Jauregui Payroll
Has been with Olson Precast since April 2026. Adriana has been in the construction industry since 2018. She is a proud Las Vegas local and mother of 3, who loves horror movies, music, Audiobooks, and spending time in nature.
