William Vallery - General Manager

William was raised in Arizona and has lived in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York City.  He is happy to be back in his home state surrounded by family.  When he’s not thinking of ways to change the world one Polymer Manhole at a time, you can find him getting lost in a National Park or butchering a foreign language in a city abroad.  This is the part of the bio where we’d mention his wife and kids, but he doesn’t have any.  If you happen to be a nice young lady looking for Polymer Manholes and your future husband, congratulations you’ve hit the jackpot.

Dan Brauch - Professional Engineer

Dan was born and raised in Kansas and relocated to Phoenix in 2013.  He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!).   As a Professional Engineer, he specializes in sustainable solutions for wastewater infrastructure projects—where precast polymer concrete is a natural fit. With a strong background in both design and constructability, Dan helps owners and engineers deliver projects that are resilient and efficient.  Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and camping with his wife and two boys.

Daniel Rocha – Plant Manager

Daniel Rocha was born and raised in Madera, California where he developed a strong work ethic and hands-on approach to building from the ground up. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Material Science and Industrial Technology from UC Merced, specializing in polymers, chemical engineering, and resin compatibility. With approximately 18 years of experience working with and designing polymer concrete systems, he brings deep expertise in mix design, recipe scripting, and the full polymerization process—from raw materials and catalyst control to curing and final product performance.

As a Plant Manager, Daniel leads polymer concrete manufacturing operations, specializing in infrastructure systems such as manholes, bases, risers, and polymer trench systems for windmill substations and energy applications. He oversees production, quality, and operational efficiency while remaining involved in all aspects of operations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring Arizona—while often catching himself thinking through new mix designs.
